In 1367, the Black Prince invaded Castile in support of King Pedro the Cruel and defeated his half brother, Henry, and his french allies at the battle of Najera. However, the army depleted and reveged, King Pedro died. Edward the Black Prince died in 1376. He was the 1st son of King Edward III. Walter Blount MAY HAVE joined Edward to Spain.
