In speaking with Arnold, he mentioned that the place (Melrose) where he grew up was a wistle stop and that there was a road there named Oulton Road. He also said that he thought his ancester, Charles Wesley Oulton, was an only child and came directly from England to settle on Fox Island on the north coast of P.E.I.
